Deposit
For a definitive confirmation of your stay we kindly ask for a deposit of minimum 30% of the total amount of your stay.
Cancellation conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal
- Cancellation between 60 and 46 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total agreed price
- Cancellation between 45 and 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total agreed price
- Cancellation with less than 20 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total agreed price
- In the event of early departure or late arrival, the agreed daily rate for each day not used will be charged
Unfortunately we can’t accept pets.
We strongly recommend to take out travel insurance.
